The Old Fleece
We absolutely loved our visit to The Old Fleece and would highly recommend it.
The pub is so cosy, with an open fire roaring away in the corner, which we were lucky enough to get a table in front of on a cold winter day. The pub is a mix of traditional and contemporary – giving you a bit of luxury whilst retaining its old pub feel.
We visited on Sunday, on which they served roasts alongside their usual menu. The food was delicious and we cannot wait to go back and try some more! Our 2 dogs were welcomed and fussed by the waiter serving us and we never felt they were in the way.
In summer we hear that they serve dog ice cream! There is a small outside patio area to sit with wood fire chimineas. Nearby are some lovely walks including Rodborough Common, Selsley Common and Woodchester Park.

They have a lovely friendly pub dog called Baloo, we did not see him, but there may be a chance he will come to say hello to your pup. If this isn't ok, just let the staff know and they are more than happy to keep him awayPawfect partner
