Bark Park
The Bark Park is a small, enclosed dog park located within South Street Park. Designed as a social space for dogs and owners, it features a central mound to add interest (and a fun way to bounce tennis balls), with benches dotted around for resting and supervising play.
This park is particularly well suited to puppies and younger dogs who are learning recall, as it allows them to be off lead in a secure environment. As with any enclosed dog space, it won’t suit every dog, so it’s important to make sure your dog is comfortable with the setting. Used thoughtfully, it can be a great place to build confidence — for both dogs and owners.
