Cotswold Motoring Museum & Toy Collection

The Cotswold Motoring Museum & Toy Collection is an Aladdin’s Cave of motoring memorabilia, old typographic advertising and vintage cars.

If you’re after a family day out, then this is a great place to visit with the kids and your dog as there are so many rooms to explore, including one which is the home of Brum – the car from the old children’s TV series! As a type geek, I absolutely loved looking at all the old enamel signs.

You do have to pay for entry, but we think it’s definitely worth it! We spent at least 2 hours wandering around. There are plenty of places after to eat and drink that allow dogs. You could also walk to Greystones – a nearby nature reserve and farm, or visit Birdland or the Dragonfly Maze, which are both dog friendly.
