Horfield Common
Horfield Common is a wide open green space in north Bristol. It is a flat walk, with benches to stop at and a children’s playground.
The green is set between busy Kellaway Avenue (B4468) and residential houses, so your dogs recall needs to be good as areas can get very close to the roads and there are no fences to keep dogs in.
The larger part of Horfield Common is surrounded by residential houses on three sides – so probably the best place to go for walkies, and there is a lovely dog friendly cafe – The Cafe on the Common near the sports club and car park.
