Newark Park is a spectacular estate and grounds looked after by The National Trust.

There are three easy to follow way-marked trails around the estate, looping around Muscovy Wood and Lower Lodge route with views of the Ozleworth valley and Mendips.

Newark Park welcomes dogs in the gardens and the estate, where they can enjoy lots of interesting walks and smells. Dog bins are provided in the car park. They do ask for all dogs to stay on their leads, so dogs won’t upset the estate sheep, cattle, chickens and peacocks. You’ll also find dog bowls by the reception and outside the catering pavilion.
