Perrygrove Railway Adventure

Perrygrove Railway Adventure in the Forest of Dean offers a brilliant family and dog friendly day out. Aimed at children under 10, this is a small child’s dream, with trains to ride to different areas of the park where they can explore different play areas. Dogs are allowed everywhere in the attraction, as long as they are kept on lead.

We easily spent half the day here, hopping on and off the train with our toddler, much to his delight! There are plenty of picnic tables dotted around if you wanted to take your own food or you could visit the café onsite selling great coffee, tempting cakes, local ice cream, sandwiches and pastries.

Open four days a week all year round, daily in school holidays.
