National Trust Tyntesfield

Tyntesfield is an impressive Victorian Gothic Revival house with gardens and parkland. Dogs are allowed here on lead.

You will have to pay entry to go into the estate or use your National Trust card which is now scanned before you can enter. Dogs are welcome in most place in Tyntesfield – except the formal garden, walled garden, or any of the historic buildings on the estate.

Tyntesfield Estate is diverse – with beautiful woodlands, parkland and orchard. It is a shame that dogs aren’t allowed off lead in these parts – but there are animals on route in some areas, so it suits a dog that is happy to be close by on a lead whilst you explore the National Trust areas.
